nah they just look fake. it's filmed real and then cgi over layed on it. it's what they used for the fake new zealand shooting. they must have like a whole movie studio hired now since so many people have been out of work in the film industy. thousands and thousand of special effects artists with no job now.

no there are real murders and a few videos but they look different. what better way to keep their population docile and want goverment protection than to make them think the favelas are going to murder them if they leave their home
