I think you may get more visibility only posting once. You're splitting your potential upvotes between 3 submissions, so they won't have as high a ranking and will come off the front page quicker.
Not everyone belongs to every sub, so I don't consider this vote splitting. As Voat grows this is the only way to make sure that the news/story reaches the right people.
