There's plenty of places. I'll suggest a few:

* 8kun - Anonymous imageboard with light moderation

* Pleroma instances like Shitposter Club - Decentralized and open source micro-blogging social network

* BitChute - Pro-free speech video hosting platform

Looks like another reddit clone, like voat or poal. I think people might be more successful at competing with Reddit if they rallied around one or two large projects than hundreds of smaller ones, unless all of those smaller ones can somehow federate and work together.
