The idea is to make the vaccination manditory without ever actually mandating it. This is planned to be done by excluding individuals from stores, banks, places of work, airplanes, busses, schools, and so on, unless they can show proof of vaccination. You won't need to take the vaccine under this system, but you won't be able to do anything unless you take it. That's the plan of the leftists, which we must oppose and defeat.
