I've been talking about "incompetence theorists" for a while now, because if government politicians or officials can get msm hacks or controlled opposition politicians to make an accusation of incompetence stick then they can get away with implementing unwanted changes to society.

The politicians are just actors working for more powerful interests. It's their job to look incompetent.
