Lee Harvey Oswald never shot anyone .. he was blamed for shooting President Kennedy from the 6th Floor of the Texas School Book Depository at about 12:30 pm Nov. 22, 1963, and Dallas Police Officer JD Tippit in another part of town around 40 minutes later.
Despite photographs and film show him at the doorway of the TSBD when the shots were fired at the President in the first instance, and show he was still in the doorway when The Three Tramps were marched by hours later, similarly exculpating him for the murder of Officer Tippit.
President Richard Nixon's one time Chief of Staff HR "Bob" Haldeman is alleged to have in company with Watergate conspirator G Gordon Liddy, murdered Officer Tippit in Dallas at around 1:08 pm the same day in a crime blamed on Lee Harvey Oswald.

Oswald missed. He hit the curb next to James T Tague and the concrete shrapnel scratched his face. He wrote a book about it that he showed me when I bought my first car from him 18 years ago. He made sure I never forget we were being lied to about what happened.
It wasn't Oswald and it's well established he was a bad shot from his military training records. That shot absolutely happened though. We are being lied to.

I didn’t say he never shot. He was clearly trying to make a getaway when he shot the cop. Im saying whoever was in the book depository missed. First shot hit him in the throat (probably from a manhole on the bridge he was approaching), second shot hit the front right of his head (from the grassy knoll). There were 3 shots fired in a half second. Oswald missed and I met the guy he almost hit.
They don't know who shot the cop. Oswald was in a movie theater during the whole event. The only people known to be present were the 3 stooges that somehow had immunity.
Oswald was a known Russian supporter and also had CIA ties (yeah.). Literal fall-guy.
Sirhan sirhan, who supposedly killed bobby, was programed. The security guard fired the shot, but sirhan was clearly programmed. LHO was a spook, and used as a patsy by his own agency. Mae brussel gave us all the info this, and they created the conspiracy theory lable to discredit her.
