What if they want to protect all of the sheep who will do their bidding and kill off the rest of us who won't. The rest of us who refuse to take their vaccine perfectly fit the profile of the type of people they want gone.

What if it's simply a pre-eugenics intelligence test?

Rich bastard says he wants to depopulate the third world with vaccines. Rich bastard is working to make vaccines mandatory. Rich bastard is giving bad vaccines that give african people polio RIGHT NOW. Rich bastard started "seven factories" claiming at least 1 vaccine will work. Rich bastard thinks third worlders should get the first shots.

If all the smart people refuse, and the dumb ones take it, this could be the start of a smart human breeding program.
