Without warming up, yeah, did 175. I could probably push 180 and maybe 185 if I'm really feeling good. Don't know, haven't tested.

I say strength... It is more a resilience, an endurance. Where others break under pain, it just fuels us. Personally, under great stressors such as physical pain, it gets to where it feels as if my entire body is on fire. It's great. Indescribable really. Better than a usual rush of adrenaline for sure.
As I said, there is a price. It takes its toll, and you lose some of your humanity. It was worth it, in my case. There wasn't much in the way of alternatives.
