@she is using the rules to enforce a warped position of authority and as a method of censorship. There is no intent to build a community, just accept @she as dictator and follow or be punished.
Reading the other threads about this, @she is obviously another ryulong in the making.
Most disturbing is the constant use of 'we' as if @she speaks for every user on voat.
