Human brain has inborn instincts of self preservation that prohibit suicide. Euthanasia happens only with terminally ill patients who choose to quit their life because the physical suffering is unbearable on every level. Anybody normal can understand that people don't usually off themselves just like that. When you see a forensic suicide report about someone healthy, it's a fake report.
