Conspiracy

So nobody's gone the "DDT is safe" rabbit hole?

Mr_Wolf ago

where does that lead?

HarlandKornfeld14 ago

Basically that DDT is banned so that mosquito-borne illness cause die-offs in the Third World as some population control scheme. That it keeps them dependent on Western aid and big pharma to deal with the mosquito-borne illness problem. At least from the version I've heard.

Wrong wrong wrong. DDT was banned because it causes cancer. This is well known today, but wasnt then. Corporations hate you, yes, but they dont want you dead. They want you a rootless, mindless, race-mixed consumer, but if you're dead you dont make (((them))) any money.

Also, third world population control? I wish. If it wasnt for the hundreds of billions in aid that the west pushes into shithole countries, they wouldnt breed like cockroaches. It's literally the opposite of what you just said, thats going on.

The third world is dependant on the lifesupport that we provide them.

cancer

That's not the reason we were all told that DDT needed to be banned. It was all about those poor little birdies.

Also, well known to who? That sounds like a copout. "Well duh, everyone knows that." Support your claim.

Besides, everything apparently seems to cause cancer these days. California says that new-car smell and coffee beans can cause cancer (see prop. 65). Grilled meat is supposedly carcinogenic. www(dot)cedars-sinai(dot)org/blog/grilling-cancer-risk(dot)html

I'm not particularly impressed with claims that something "causes cancer."

Interesting. So Silent Spring is just a cover?

I think you are correct. Targeted use of DDT would probably save millions of africans, maybe some indians and s.e. Asians.

I always assumed all of these things were safe to use properly but a jew lawyer will sniff out a lawsuit anywhere they can.
