All of these look the same except one. So he gets a nosejob after being arrested?

At around 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 3, a gunman opened fire in a crowded Walmart in El Paso, Texas, killing 22 and injuring at least 26. Just after 1 a.m. on Aug. 4, a gunman shot and killed nine people in a Dayton, Ohio, entertainment district, injuring 32 more.

In the hours after the shootings hoaxes and rumors started spreading on platforms like Facebook, Reddit and Twitter some said the [alleged] killings were a “False Flag.” NewsObserver.com.

Given the abundance of proven FF shootings I tend to agree.
