A titer test is a laboratory blood test. It checks for the presence of certain antibodies in the blood stream. Testing involves drawing blood from a patient and check it in a lab for presence of bacteria or disease. It is often used to see if someone is immune to a certain virus or needs vaccination.
A few days ago CDAN posted what seems to be a link between the John Titor time-traveler from years ago to COVID19.... This is so unlike CDAN I am completely dumbfounded. What to make of this?

When all the Hollywood/NYC productions ceased in March, I immediately remembered the part of that Art Bell call in where Titor stated that the entertainment industry wasn’t a thing in his time. Nice find, I would have missed that. Very weird that enty brought that up.
