Melbourne is the most communistic city in Australia.

What is happening here is a simple test of our fortitude in regards to communism. If they force everyone to stay in their homes while distributing food rations will we let it happen?

As much as I don't care about these people, if we let it happen to them then soon it will slowly become the way of life everywhere.
