The Jews murdered Jesus. God didn't like that. So four decades later he caused the Romans to destroy Jerusalem, along with the Jew Temple, and kick the Jews out of the Holy Land. The only exceptions were the Jews who publicly declared their loyalty to Rome. Everything else in Jerusalem was leveled to the ground. That's God's judgment on the Jews.
