Yes , it's very odd that people who are living in an authoritarian state with a very limited internet use is allowed to get away with spreading these vids which makes the regime look bad in the eyes of the world.
It was absolutely suppressed when it came out, and good point the CCP has a tight grip on the Chinese people. However that is speculation and doesnt refute the claim that some people died in this fashion.

I remember watching those videos popping up on twatter. It is odd that people in Chima were allowed to film and upload the videos to Western viewers.
