This is absolutely mind-boggling. The fact that they would even consider it necessary making this illegal indicates that the legality of this would be the default mode. There are American men and women who sign up for the military to "spread freedom" in the Middle East where they are neither wanted or needed. They risk their lives to interfere in foreigners business, while shit like this goes on at home. I'm honestly surprised that non of them would rather test the effectiveness of the fire insurance of the companies who manufacture this evil, their warehouses and offices.
