It might all be a lark, but that bitchute guy is wrong about all mugshots having height lines behind them. Depending on the police station, most mugshots are taken against a concrete wall or screen now. Go look at celebrity mugshots or something along those lines to see for yourself.
I did and have seen it before and agree it could be fake. I was just pointing out that not all mugshots have height lines. That photo does look like a younger version of that cop. Who knows, this whole event is out of hand at this point.
