So, release COVID-19 which spreads, but doesn't impact healthy people too much. IE people that are alkaline. How do you make those people sick? Fuck with their O2 levels (5G 60 GHz)

Basically a sleeper agent, plus a way to selectively make certain areas sick. Add in MSM with panic propaganda and you have a really nice setup. Then you vaccinate to guarantee everybody has this stuff, giving even more control over to this system.

It solves the problem of how you keep the elites from coming down with this. Just move them a few blocks away, or have them go out of town for a short while.
