It sounds so simple in principle. Include a tiny microchip in their mandatory vaccines. Each microchip has its own activation code. If activated, it releases a deadly toxin into the bloodstream, killing its bearer. Now the elites can, at a signal, kill anyone they wish. After some prominent demonstrations, global tyranny.

Or release nanomachines too to do it. What toxin could do that task though? like cyanide? I dont know much bout these things.

That sounds promising if its economically viable for them to produce enough of it for billions of people. If it was that small, how can you really even see that or know if something has it or not...
