This is his evidence. He may be making this thing out bigger than it is, that e-mail seems to be about exceeding API quota.

That e-mail sounds like he hit an API Quota limit then he either requested a removal/increase of the limit or an autoreview was triggered.

Yeah I think his OP about being forced to hand over his code was exaggerated. The hosted that e-mail screencap on jewgle drive, you can tell he uses gmail, so he is a jewgle customer in more ways than one.
