We are well on our way to recovery.
It looks like diesel trucks are running at night, and cars are already sufficiently clean aside from rush hour traffic which is staying down due to work from home.
We are just about home free. So long as air pollution stays nil and everyone wears a mask whenever there are active cases in their region, it will naturally die out, and we can go fully back to normal. Diesel trucks will probably be required to officially cut air pollution soon.
As long as air pollution is low and everyone wears a mask, there is almost no long run risk to the healthy. Unhealthy people need to hunker down until known regional cases are all closed.

CCP is pumping out misinfo better than ever. Western outlets are complicit. Imagine for a bit the WHO Gates foundations cred leaks were intentional.
