Hi. I've been hesitant to share this information since I know a lot of feds lurk here, but the amount of Virginia IP addresses on my web server logs tell me I'm already on a naughty list, so here goes nothing.
Disclaimer: I'll be making several links to my blog/site - but this is simply for your information. I have no ads on the site, or web app. I will not be making money off you. I don't have facebook trackers, or any of that bullshit. The only thing that I have, naturally, are web server logs. If you don't want me to know your IP via my web server logs, use a VPN (hint: you already should be). If you don't want to go there, I'll also be posting screenshots to explain what I'm talking about.
I've been live tracking airborne law enforcement airframes | link to screenshot (all of them... > ~2400) from HI, to Prague in 15 second intervals since 24FEB2020. This includes local, and state law enforcement, as well as federal agencies such as DHS, DEA, FBI, and CIA airframes - many of which are registered under shell companies which I cross referenced with an FAA registration database.
In addition to pushing the live data to this map, the program also stores the data into a GIS Database. As of this morning, I have over 10 million rows of data - each row representing the geo-location of a specific airframe - including details such as altitude, heading, and speed.
Months ago, I noticed a plane flying over Miami at 900 feet, flying in a very tight grid formation. The registered owner, Dynamic Avlease Inc, is registered to POBOX 7 in BRIDGEWATER, VA. Their fleet includes 92 planes, with another 48 registered under the same address, to a company called Dynamic Aviation Group Inc... why they'd intermix shell companies and not just get another PO Box? Who knows.
I added all of them to my list of tracked airframes, and since 24FEB2020, I've tracked over 25 as active (having taken off and flown - thus being recorded in my historic database). Note that I have another dataset that was going over a month before this time, where they were doing the same flight patterns. I'm unsure how long this has been going on prior to that.
So, here is what they've been up to on a daily basis | pic. This is grouped by hour (UTC) | pic | . This is grouped by altitude | pic . Here is speed | pic . The initial zoom is over Los Angeles, but you may zoom out and check out Panama, and Florida - or anywhere else they've been recently active such as the Sierra Nevadas, rural Spokane, the midwest, or their VA hub.
They fly the same grids, in the same latitudinal/longitudinal lanes daily.
I'm really unsure what they're doing, flying over the same AOs, at the same altitude, time, speed, and lanes every day. Panama is the largest cocaine producer in the world, so I assume that they're using some sort of advanced surveillance technology to identify rat lines in the county.... IR cameras would prove to be useless as they require direct line of sight - and the extremely dense jungle canopy would render them useless - which makes me think that they have something on these planes that allow them to see through the jungle canopy. here they are in Panama as I write this If that's possible (in terms of military tech always being decades ahead of civ tech, it probably is), then I also assume they can see inside buildings somehow. You wouldn't need to fly over the same locations for 5 months+ to do mapping. The only other theory I have is they're doing mass data collection on outside human targets in order to run through some sort of ML algorithm in order to accurately group population, or sub-population (homeless?) counts over time.
Well, that's all I've got. I figured goats would find this interesting, and I figured I'd share it b4 I get V&.
I haven't updated the server maps in over a week, but here are some density maps as of yesterday:
socal
bay area
w spokane
midwest
florida
tampa
miami
homebase va
panama
puerto rico
If you have any specific information you'd like other than whats posted (specific var avgs for a specific plane, would like me to group it in some other way, etc), let me know.

Is there anything in north Bay Area? Say, Sonoma, Marin and Mendocino county? Just to the left of what you have on your Bay Area link...we have an important airport here in Santa Rosa that brings in a lot of private and commercial flights.

Thank you so much for getting back.

The Spokane one is probably farming related; south of Spokane is pretty much nothing but wheat fields.

just "limited" to those cities?

Can some EITMLIM5?

Holy fuck can you archive this and post a link somewhere? Def need to keep a copy of this. Obviously this ain't looking good.

My guess would be mapping digital devices. Every router, cell phone, connected device, etc. It’s almost as reliable as actually counting the humans. This would do the jobs of many agents on the ground simultaneously, or at least take that task off their hands.
Also, although it’s illegal, lots of evidence can be gathered to get ya later. Kind of like the license plate trackers mapping everyone’s location, but more personal. They can check back through the license plate files for years.

Sounds like you are describing wardriving

Damn good work

Funny how there's large patches missing. Like they avoid it

Probably flying below radar, or in areas where theres no ground receivers.

It could be LiDAR
or, more likely, Dirt Box

Probably lidar. I believe the underside of the airframes don't have any exposed cameras.
If so, I'm sure its a much more advanced system than anything commercially available. The question then is, what are their full capabilities to map inside.

We have been watched/recorded from the day we were born.
Records have been and are being kept. On us.
From someone with alot more authority then some feds.
