furthermore the registrant, all the way up, is someone in france and the domain management company is ascio technologies

Unplug the wire. Use a usb and an offline machine.

Wy would I need to? I use .odt or save as a .doc.... but I see LibreOffice (which costs zero dollars...and I think works on windows too) can export as PDF apparently
