The O2 absorption is very interesting.

I am not aware of the mechanism by which the O2 releases the captured energy. How long does the O2 keep the energy?

If my property is 50 feet from a 5G 60GHz emitter, what the likelihood of having energized O2 becoming breathable? What percentage of the molecules will be unusable?

Don't know. Search for 60GHz and hemoglobin. There are a few articles, but not many scientific papers.
