Jews managed the replacement of elite during medieval times. This was the only time possible. Christian church was controlling everything. Elected monarchy was replaced by the hereditary monarchy. There were no science nor communications. This means intelligent people were not allowed to have a say in anything, because were censored. I think the replacement of elite is the most plausible explanation of how the jews managed to control the royal families and the economy world wide forever.
