It doesn't look like it. All the same people are driving and flying around, but now they are feeling "essential" and working extra hard to avoid layoffs which corporations assure us are needed even after trillions in free cash.
I wonder how big a stack of a trillion dollars in bills would be.

It's just as possible this was an attempt to temporarily backtack man-made pollution, because it sure as hell is doing a good job of that.

Had to drive somewhere in the middle of the day for work. Traffic was same as ever. Passenger planes still flying over.
I'm unconvinced anything has changed besides restaurants.

Taking a bus or extending your drive to work 5 minutes is not a significant source of pollution.
