Where the fuck are all the sick people? (Conspiracy)

I realize North American hasn't been hit hard yet, but where are the videos of overflowing hospitals and sardine-can wards, all respirators in use?

Most I've seen is some hinkey shit from China (how did it even get past the Great Firewall?) and a few seconds clip of maybe 8 people in a large room allegedly in Italy.

I'm not saying people aren't getting sick, but where the fuck are all the videos of people deathly ill on Facebook, YouTube, etc? Where are the hundreds or thousands of bodies and names?

The lack of sick people will, at some point, be seized upon by the politicians, who will claim that their nutty quarantine measures saved us all from a horrible death. That there never were any sick people, and never were going to be any significant number of sick people, will be glossed over and ignored.
