I've been behind enemy lines during federal disasters and it's not as comfortable as your mom's basement. Anyone caught outside gets killed or dragged to a FEMA prison and if they don't have citizenship their organs and children are sent to Abu Dhabi for sale via jew slave traders.(so it's not ALL bad...)
