Several states are now refusing to release the county or parish locations where the Corona virus has been reported. Claiming "Federal Health Regulations Concerning Privacy - HIPPA" demand that they keep the locations of treatment and where people with the virus are quarantined. The COVID-1 Virus map (interactive) located at https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html, now does not show counties of several states, where before the web site had that information.
