So my city newspaper has a rather large article about a mishap that was averted by sheer luck, with the US somehow shipping live Anthrax to Australia and "other nations", instead of dead Anthrax. They would notreveal why Anthrax was needed, or what it was doing here, only that is was an unfortunate mishap.

So a conspiracy here? Not sure, but does Australia have any use for storing or examining Anthrax? Can it serve any beneficial purpose?
