This link details an article showing the various ways China is imploding. Enter the Communist government. As it collapses, people would revolt openly. The virus is an excuse to go door to door and eradicate anyone that dares speak out. They are clearing out anyone that "may" pose a threat, not just ones that have spoken out. Think.
