Especially if they try to match windy.com coordinates with images from Google Maps, they are almost guaranteed to be looking at the incorrect location. A location that seems to be out in the fields, could in reality be a factory half a kilometer away.

That's bad data.

While the map (digitized) data does have the offset, Satellite data in China is still fairly close to normal coordinates.
