Russia is 100% controlled by chabad-lubavitch! Russia is an Israeli slave Nation. The vast majority of billionaires in Russia are Jewish and members of chabad-lubavitch. The reason Russia is pretending to be on the side of the syrians in the Syrian conflict, is to prolong the war and create maximum Syrian casualties. Russia pretends to be on one side, the United States and Israel pretend to be on the other side. The fake War is kept going until the Syrian people have experienced maximum casualties, leaving the land vacant. Israel takes the vacant land as part of Greater Israel. That's the way this works.
Russia has a balancing strategy to develop economic, military, and energy partnerships with everybody in the Middle East. That includes Israel, for better or worse (worse). You are still misconstruing the nuisances behind Russian foreign policy. The silver lining is that Russia has actually had some success, as relations with nontraditional allies like Turkey and Pakistan have never been more robust, so the Eurasian project is making progress.
