A two engine train appears to have one one cargo car that pulls up on a rural road in Central Ohio just enough to get the cross bucks to activate then it pulls back a little until the crossbucks go off. Then it sits and waits for a van to pull up and then men get out and go up to the train that engaged the crossbucks previousl upon their arrival and they intercept what appears to be about a dozen or so duffel bags. They get in van leave with aforesaid duffel bags and train departs on down the tracks. Do you think they might be filling Mary Kay, Stanley Products, or GIrl Scout Cookie orders?

More than likely just an employee shift change. I know someone who works for a living transporting RR workers to and from trains. The employer provided vans specifically for this purpose.
