Some, yes. But missed the big ones like keylogging and accessing emails. He also has the classic "this isn't new, other companies do it too!" Is NOT an excuse. If anything it should be used to spread awareness and shame and bring attention these other companies.

True, he did miss some of the larger issues as you mentioned. And I 100% agree that this would be made well aware for all users. Even more interesting is the effect that Win10 may have on large companies.

Example: I work for a large company (in the United States) and just yesterday there was a memo sent about updating to Win10 within a year (which is odd b/c we and many other similar companies use so many legacy applications, I'm still stuck on IE7!). The real surprising thing is, that most conspire don't roll out a new OS for a while after its launch; I mean just 3 years ago we got 7, which was about 2.5 years after its release.

Makes me kinda wonder if this is being implemented so quickly to help "catch" whistleblowers. Or at least something seems a little fishy about the quick OS upgrade.
