DNA is the all encompassing term for your genetic makeup. When someone says they've altered DNA, it does not mean that they've changed every single sequence in all your DNA. I mean, you are either grasping at straws or you literally have no idea of what you are saying.

its kind of funny..
the way I understand it;
we change our dna all the time. usually in just a few cells.
but the reason its all about mutations and stuff from dna change - is that they change the dna before it all starts to "sprout".
just kinda funny... the title... changing dna.. it happens all the time.

It says "modify" and "alter" indicating that one purposefully changed it with human intervention. You are not using the verb correctly.

you don't have 1 dna.
each cell in you body has A dna.
how many did he change?
what I am saying, is that most people chane 1 or 2 or 3 dna cells.
but when people use the term "changed MAH DNA" they usually mean when they change the dna before the entity has multiplied itself.
