Meh. The Amish are a strong ethnic community that has successfully stood their ground for homeschooling rights, medical rights (including home births), conscientious objector status against paying income tax, and probably a lot more I can't think of. Moreover, they have more millionaires in their ranks than most people know because of their businesses being almost entirely cash-only, so they have the money to lawyer up. I'll bet a fair amount of Jewbucks they'll beat this.
