I enjoy the irony of people losing their shit about alexa while posting online with their "smart" phones or having a "smart" tv. We have an IPAD and my wife's phone i barely smart. I brought a Donna Summer record in from the garage and mentioned it once...guess who showed up on our DVD players un logged in youtube recommended?
That bullshit happens to me all the damn time. Can't even talk about something in the vicinity of our phones without some new bullshit ads popping up everydamnwhere they can stick one. I see this shit all day, every day. Grrrr.... I'm sick of being constantly sold to and spied on.
I can't complain unless I want to take all this type of stuff out of the house. That being said the commercials give me fucking eye and ear cancer and if I have to see one more ginger faggot with a beard and an earring or a nigger with freckles...the fucking youtube commercials (regardless of content) are fucking traumatic and I have taught my kids to boo through the commercials when we are using youtube for tunes or homestead videos
No shit. Like I said, SICK of being sold to. Just damn folks...if I wanna buy something I'll search it out, research it and get on with the buying part. I know what dafuq I want and don't need their constant bullshit attempts to convince me that I want some shit that I don't. I watch a lot of YT for all kinds of subjects but it's starting to be as bad as network TV. Can't even skip some of the vids now and for a while they were timing the skip function on the others so you couldn't kill it right on the strike of zero. They'd throw a little delay in there. Lately, though, it seems to have gone back but now there's the unskippable ones to contend with. Grrrrr...!!!! All this new economic paradigm in just another system doomed to fail in time.
