I have already debunked this from another post. It's all bullshit. 450 volt capacitor is nothing. I regularly replace 1000-10,000 volt caps as a part of my job. Several of the comments below point out the discrepancies in this guys theories, (this guy cannot understand electronic theory too well.) There is an experiment out there where high school kids tested WiFi radiation against sprouting seeds. That experiment showed a relationship between WiFi radiation, and unsprouted plants. Living tissue tests are what will convince a skeptical crowd. Not mindlessly picking apart the technology looking for a smoking gun.
The voltage rating of the capacitor relates the amount of voltage the capacitor can withstand before breaking down. Capacitors can filter or they can store energy. If used in a filter arrangement, the capacitor would be charging and discharging across a coil with a alternating or pulsating voltage the capacitor would then filter for a smooth voltage. Sometimes caps are used to store energy like when added to a stereo system for added base stability and punch.

Does the voltage rating of a capacitor even have anything to do with it's storage capacity?
