The dancing Israelis are a decoy. They are there to say they saw the planes going into the towers. This is to reinfore the planes theory in the minds of the non-mainstream/alternative media.
Their operation (and much more besides concerning 9/11) was predictive programmed into the American psyche with the movie Fight Club.
This may be true, but planes flying into a building is an "event" it still stands that they reinforce the official and alternative narratives that planes flew into the buildings - it's the "foreknowledge" angle that they are trying to attack you with with disinfo.
They also had Israeli "arts students" hauled up in the WTC months before the attack, whether they planted the explosives is purely probable speculation.
I question that. I can't rule out everyone from the woman who called the cops to the arresting officers could have been involved in a psyop to get this story in the public domain.
