No matter what they say, the UN does not have jurisdiction over our Constitution, period.

Well if they just move in and then just do as they please then they are the LAW!
This is how the world work. Your constitution is not worth the paper it is written on if no one in position of authority care to enforce it.

Foreign entities can be given sovereign ground within the boundaries of the USA. But that requires federal authority to do so. No state can do so on their own. This is strictly federal powers.
An example of this are embassies.
