Dov Zakheim, The Brains Behind The Planes.

At 24: 53 Rebecca Roth says "all Boeing aircraft came off the assembly line with a remote control access that enabled the planes to be taken over .. hijacked remotely," as things transpire Zakheim allegedly pioneered that tech as well.
