Have you noticed anything weird in historical uniforms? (Conspiracy)

I have noticed that since people invented military uniforms, they used flashy colors. Soldiers looked like peacocks, with their flashy uniforms just screaming - shoot at me. Only recently uniforms started to be crafted in order to offer some kind of camouflage. It looks like the main purpose of flashy historical uniforms was to allow soldiers to kill each other in the best possible way.

A lot of what we see is staged. Rarely were their photographers in the midst of battles. No different than a 500 years of paintings to show us the "wars" of ages old. And the notion of artists being more talented every other generation, or painting more realistically with each new age is another myth.

If the deluge occurred, or as surmised by many peple, multiple deluges have occurred, it is reasonable to say that many of the records found were drawn, written, or recorded by young people who may have survived.

Instead of positioning our ancestors as idiots and know-nothings, it is more likely that young people survived various epochs and did the best they could after each reset.

Perhaps it's not a uniform for killing, but of ridicule. The powers that be compete how silly they can make the plebs looks.
