California shutting down power AND shutting down HAM radio repeaters at the same time (Conspiracy)

Seems suspicious that they would ever order HAM repeaters shut down.

Power shut down, "to prevent fires" during dry, windy conditions. So, basically from now on? PGE isn't doing any maintenance during the shutdown to improve anything like cutting trees near the power lines.

Largest shutdown of its kind ever. Also no more HAM radio comms and reports of military/emergency uptick... Sounds like something's going on.

This following the same script as the Santa Rosa fires (liquid metal found everywhere, fires avoided HP LASER printing company) Paradise (Where John Hutchison of the Hutchison Effect was thought to live), Malibu (slow first responders), and Montecito Mudflood (Alert @ 3:33am and explosions) etc...
