California shutting down power AND shutting down HAM radio repeaters at the same time (Conspiracy)

Seems suspicious that they would ever order HAM repeaters shut down.

Power shut down, "to prevent fires" during dry, windy conditions. So, basically from now on? PGE isn't doing any maintenance during the shutdown to improve anything like cutting trees near the power lines.
