There is literally no discernible difference between 440 and 432

It's about half a semitone, that's quite a lot really, most people who play an instrument will hear it

I play trumpet and I heard the difference straight away.
yep....and if you tried playing tuned to 432hz with a band playing at 440hz it would be clearly out of tune
