He misspoke, the complaint was filed over a month ago, and he said the Schiff tweet was a from a month ago.

Schiff likely knew the content of the complaint and was being informed on this new coup attempt from the get go but he didn't make the tweet in question a month prior to the FILING of the complaint, he made that tweet a month prior to the public DISCLOSURE of the complaint.
