yeah it's not a site-wide shadowban, just a "soft shadowban" applied via automoderator silently removing posts and comments from the accounts. It's doing it because it's programmed to by the mods on /r/conspiracy for all young accounts - once they get to be a few weeks old then it no longer removes them, as far as I am aware.
