I'm going to read this later, but it seems to conflict with previous info that a "Bush" was in charge of security for the twin towers during the 9/11 saga.
bottom line: supposedly, Project Godzilla was a "secret" Clinton Administrative / FEMA directive that requires (present tense)all buildings over a certain height to pre-wire buildings for demolition.
i.e., potentially, that high-rise apartment you are living in ...is a ticking time bomb. literally.
But it's very likely the WTC towers were a pre-curser to this formal initiative. The sheer size would have triggered the port authority to mandate some kind of de-construction plan.
The reason I like it. The information. Is because it sorta makes sense. I can see the logic behind it at least. Not that I want an explosive next to my conference room.
I like the bit about it being for security. There were a shit ton of "agencies" in that building.
